COVID-19 Letter Update

Dear Parents/Carers

Due to staffing levels falling and to minimise the risk to our staff we have made the decision to close Rainbow at Broadbent Fold School from Friday. 27th March 2020.

To work with parents who continue to need our services we have combined our sites until this pandemic is over at our setting at Flowery Field Primary School in Hyde. This is available for children who are attending school whose parents are key workers.

The opening times at Flowery Field are:

Breakfast club 7.00am-9.00am

After school club 3.00pm-6.00pm

There is no extra cost for using this service.

You will need to drop and collect your child at Flowery Field. You child will be transported to school in our 7 seater “Rainbow” car and collected at the end of the school day. We are based on the grounds of Flowery Field School but in a separate building from the school itself. We have two large portacabins which are usedsolely for Rainbow.

With financial support from the Government in helping and supporting businesses, and the support from school, we are in a position for all parents not needing our services to freeze all payments from 1st April 2020 until we re-open. As soon as children are back in school, we will operate as usual. All children will have their original places and no one will lose their place at Rainbow.

If you would like to discuss anything then please don’t hesitate to contact myself either by email or telephone.

0161 343 2922 (all calls will be diverted to my mobile phone from Friday 27th March 2020)

Thank you for your continued support throughout this very difficult time.

Yours sincerely

Mrs Lisa Jones BA Hons

Rainbow Director
